Inside Gloria's Morning Shake Recipe

So many people ask me how to make the shake I drink every morning. Here is everything you need to know!


  • OJ ½ cup

  • 1 teaspoon Bee Pollen (I use Y.S. Organic)

  • 1 scoop Green Vibrance (I serving scooper comes with it)

  • I generous teaspoon flax seed (I grind them in a coffee bean grinder and keep them in a jar in the freezer) 

  • Small handful of Fruit (I buy frozen berries at Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods)

  • I scoop French Vanilla Designer Whey Protein Powder. I use the French Vanilla because it does not contain aspartame.

  • I/4 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar raw – unfiltered. I use Bragg organic with the Mother.



I blend all of these ingredients with the Magic Bullet. I know it sounds like a sex toy but it isn’t. It is the best blender ever!


This makes one serving and contains all the nutrients you need to start your day! Enjoy!
