Working out and fitness encompasses so many different elements such as cardio, strength training, flexibility, balance and posture. Each is important individually but also contributes to the whole chain of movement and function necessary to navigate through our daily lives.
I hope I can provide information that will help you improve upon your weakest links and get more out of your workouts!

From inhale up and exhale down it is most effective to be fully present and invigorated. Check your stance. Ears over shoulders, shoulders over hips, with a slight bend in your knees. Inhale deeply and as you exhale pull in your belly button just slightly. Use your breath to add a flow and connect to each exercise. You exhale as you lift weights and as you curl up working abs, inhale as you control down. Proper alignment and breathing are essential in building a strong foundation.
