Firm and tone your body. Cardio warm-up and weights to strengthen and chisel. Routines to sculpt legs, glutes, and abs. Gloria's motivational instruction is both friendly and effective. Designed to increase muscle strength and overall health! Recommended for all levels.

Fitness For Older Adults - as of 2020 no fitness classes are being offered

Adults aged 55 and over will perform specific exercises that target the problem areas of the mature body, such as the hips, core strength, and muscle strength to protect our joints. Students will work at their own pace and receive individual instruction on stretching and working with weights.
